A medical waiver will be included in the registration confirmation email you receive a few weeks prior to the camp. You should print and complete this waiver in its entirety and submit it at check-in on the day of the clinic.
Your balance will be automatically charged to your credit card prior to your arrival. Before this happens, our online registration company, ABC Camps, will notify you when this charge will be happening. It differs every year, but we typically have between 25-50 players in all the programs combined. So, you will be receiving a fantastic ratio of players to staff and will not get lost in numbers.
All participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle or thermos. We will have water available on site for players to refill their bottle at every session. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will also be provided to all residents as part of their tuition. Commuters will receive Lunch and Dinner only as part of their tuition. Once you are at the camp, you will not be allowed to leave the premises unless you have a parent/guardian with you.
Our staff consists of current collegiate and professional coaches as Senior Staff. We also have current college players that have come through our program who are Jr Staff to assist in demos and assist monitoring the players in the dormitories.
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be present for the entire duration of our camps to attend to any injuries that occur during play. If you have any special medical history or food allergies that our staff needs to be aware of, our Certified Athletic Trainer will be on hand at check-in so that you can inform us of any precautions that might be necessary.
In addition to clothing, water, and potential snacks, each player should arrive with a properly inflated, size 5 soccer ball. Soccer balls smaller than size 5 and those not properly inflated, cannot be used. A full list of items and a confirmation packet will be emailed to you about 1-2 weeks prior to start of camp.
There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions each day along with a classroom session in the evening.
Players should wear soccer appropriate clothing that is most comfortable for them based on the weather conditions and temperatures.
Participants are welcome to wear molded soccer cleats based on their level of comfort during training sessions. The facilities are natural grass. Sneakers/flip flops are also recommended for this event for during down times.
Parents are welcome/encouraged to attend and observe during the field sessions. Parents are also welcome and invited to sit in on all player seminars and meetings.
Due to the high demand of places in this camp, refunds will only be granted to individuals who notify us in advance of the clinic AND/OR provide documentation from a physician stating that an injury was sustained preventing them from attending. Refunds are as follows:
-Cancel more than 30 days of the event beginning, you will be refunded your money paid, minus the $50 processing fee.
-Cancel within 30 days of the event beginning, you will be refunded your money paid, minus the $150 deposit.
-Cancel within 1 week of the event beginning, you will be refunded your money paid, minus $250.
-Do not show up for event, no refunds.
For those sustaining an injuring prior to the camp and who provide the necessary documenting from a physician, a partial refund can be awarded but a $50 processing fee is always withheld. These refunds are all given on a case by case basis.
We do not provide written evaluations at camp. Our program is very unique in the fact that we will monitor and are available to all of our players all year long. So, we would prefer to discuss an "evaluation" over the phone or in person.
