We want to be that coach/mentor to help you along during your development pathway. It is not just a few days training as our newest program, The Virtual Goalkeeper Coach, provides you with full access to us! We are here for you all year round and you will receive discounts to all of our other camps/clinics! Once you are part of The Virtual Goalkeeper program, it is all-inclusive. We will always help you with your training, resume writing, college search, find a pro club, etc. It is about getting you where you want to be as a goalkeeper!

Our Director

TODD HOFFARD

Todd is a seasoned Goalkeeper Coach with extensive experience across Major League Soccer, US Soccer, and collegiate programs. He has coached at the highest levels of the game, including a standout tenure with Real Salt Lake (2017–2020) and New York Red Bulls (2011–2012), where he was part of numerous MLS playoff seasons and contributed to the NYRB's Emirates Cup victory in London, competing against clubs like Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, and Boca Juniors. Notably, Todd served as the Goalkeeper Coach for the 2011 MLS All-Stars in their match against Manchester United at Red Bull Arena.

In October of 2024, Todd helped guide the US U-17 Women’s National Team to a Bronze Medal at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, with the team’s goalkeeper earning the prestigious Golden Glove award. His commitment to youth development extends to coaching US Youth National Teams (U14–U20) at various training camps and coordinating U.S. Soccer Training Centers in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Todd’s coaching career spans both the men’s and women’s games at youth, collegiate, and professional levels. He was the Head Women's Coach at Lebanon Valley College (2015–2017) and has served in coaching roles with Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, College of Charleston, and St. Bonaventure University, where he helped the women’s team achieve their first Atlantic 10 Tournament berth.

As a player, Todd enjoyed an eight-year professional career after graduating from Hartwick College, a Division I powerhouse, in 1994. Drafted by the Harrisburg Heat in the NPSL, he went on to play for the Cleveland Crunch, Philadelphia Kixx, Charleston Battery (A-League), Albany Alleycats, and Reading Rage (USL D3 League).

In 1993, Todd founded ONE on ONE Goalkeeping, now entering its 32nd year, to provide specialized goalkeeper training and development programs. He has also contributed to U.S. Soccer Region I and Pennsylvania ODP, nurturing talent at the grassroots level.

With a career rooted in passion and excellence, Todd continues to impact the game, blending his deep knowledge of goalkeeping with a commitment to the development of players at all levels.
